Our well established company was registered and was trading back in 1993 mainly sub-contracting out in commercial and residential sites across the South of England.
We always had the utmost respect for the companies and individuals we worked alongside and realised how fast we had worked ourselves to a prominent part of our business strategy.
Gaining invaluable experience within a very labour intensive field, at the time kept us in good stead to appreciate how important it is to start at the bottom run of the ladder.
Many companies are run with inexperienced tradesmen and backseat directors or proprietors who have learnt from text books and manuals with little or no hands on experience at all. This reflects badly on the industry and gives the wrong impression to clientele alike.
In the 90’s, high inflation, high interest rates and high unemployment resulted in a recession, and at present it is happening now in 2009 on a much larger scale. In the 90's the recession balanced out the market and rid us of unsustainable building companies around, leaving the more creditable ones to grow more effectively and give an honest and resounding level of service.
